Counselling & Psychotherapy · Crowthorne, Berkshire

A quiet space
to understand yourself.

Supporting individuals and couples to navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change through personalised, integrative counselling in a safe and confidential space.

Welcome

Life is too short to wait.

Counselling is a chance to step out of the noise of everyday life and really look at what is going on for you, past and present, with someone who is on your side.

Whether you are wrestling with something specific or carrying a quieter sense that things could be better, you are welcome here. Sessions are confidential, unhurried and shaped around you.

My approach

Integrative, gentle, and tailored to you.

I draw on more than two decades of practice and a range of therapeutic models, so the work fits the person in the room, not the other way around.

A space that feels safe

Confidential, without judgement, and at your pace. Nothing you bring is too small or too complex.

Past meets present

We look at the threads from earlier life that still pull at you today, so you can choose what to keep and what to let go.

Real, practical change

Insight matters, but so does what changes on Monday morning. We work toward both.

An honest collaboration

You set the direction. I bring training, experience and warmth, and we check in together as we go.

I have spent more than 25 years working with hundreds of people from every walk of life including individuals and couples, executives and students, helping and supporting people make sense of themselves and their world.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I trained as an integrative counsellor (Level 4 CPCAB), which means I bring together different approaches to suit you, rather than fit you to one model.

Couples counselling

Learn new ways, forward, together.

Relationships are central to our well being. They make us feel we belong, and they shape how we feel about ourselves. When money, work, family, health or simply the wear of life put pressure on, things can start to fray: bickering, drifting apart, communication breaking down, intimacy fading.

Couples counselling offers a safe place for both of you to share, talk and explore what is happening, together. We work on understanding, communication, managing conflict, and rebuilding friendship and connection.

“I believe it is possible to learn together new, more positive ways to relate and love each other, in ways that last and allow the relationship to grow in healthier ways.”
